Trust is not created by one promise. It is earned through every stage of the journey.
Richita skincare is developed through a thoughtful process of research, testing, evaluation and careful production in Japan. From the first concept to the finished product, every stage reflects a shared commitment to quality, integrity and customer confidence.
The process begins with laboratory observation and bacterial testing designed to support product safety and formulation integrity.
Specialized equipment supports the analysis of selected product characteristics and helps the technical team review each formulation with care.
Samples are reviewed to identify inconsistencies and help maintain the intended appearance, texture and overall product quality.
Early product prototypes are evaluated, observed and refined before a formula is approved to move toward production.
Research findings, formulation goals and practical manufacturing considerations come together as the product concept is developed.
During her visit to the Japanese laboratory, Founder and CEO Thuy-Trang Nguyen experienced a supervised cosmetic application demonstration and observed the manufacturer's evaluation process firsthand.

Before large-scale production begins, the formula and production requirements are reviewed and prepared for the manufacturing stage.
The prepared formula is carefully filled into Richita packaging under controlled manufacturing procedures.
Finished products move through inspection, assembly and final preparation before they are ready for distribution.
Each department contributes a distinct layer of review—from research and formulation to filling, inspection and final preparation. Together, these connected stages help support consistency across the complete manufacturing journey.

QUALITY AND MANUFACTURING
TEAM
Richita's relationship with its Japanese manufacturer was not formed through a single meeting or transaction. It grew through years of visits to Japan, thoughtful conversations, product research and close personal collaboration. Founder & CEO Thuy-Trang Nguyen and President Quy Nguyen worked directly with Mr. Takuya Harada, the factory leadership team, pharmacists and skincare specialists—sharing ideas, reviewing product development and helping shape the vision that would become Richita Bihaku.
Behind that relationship is a manufacturing heritage that began in Osaka in 1952, with experience in placenta skincare dating back to 1964. Richita brings this established Japanese manufacturing expertise together with a deeply personal, founder-led vision: to create refined Japanese skincare that American customers can welcome into their daily rituals with greater trust and confidence.
For Richita, trust is not built through words alone. It is earned through the people behind every formula, the care invested in every stage and the relationships that continue long after a product is created.
